COVID-19 VES Update

Dear Partners,

Firstly, we hope you, your families and your friends are all okay during these uncertain times. As we all get to grips with the challenges of living and working with the COVID -19 pandemic we thought we would issue a small update as to the steps we have taken here at VES.

Naturally, VES are following all government guidelines as introduced, as well as taking pro-active steps to protect the welfare of our personnel, customers and suppliers.

Firstly, all functions within our business which can operate remotely are doing so and retain full functionality including Sales, Purchasing, Design and Project Engineering, Finance and Operations. The teams are available to contact as you would through email and phone channels.

This is in order to help protect our manufacturing and commissioning teams who remain active under additional safety measures. As such we are currently working to achieve customer timing targets as per pre – COVID 19 government measures.

Finally, our service and support staff remain at your disposal over the phone and digital channels to support you as best as possible and in accordance with the government’s and your own organisation’s safety procedures.

We are working with our suppliers to identify any delays within the supply chain daily and if we believe there to be any impact on project delivery our teams will be in touch ASAP.

For now, we continue to work as diligently and as safely as possible to support our customers and staff.

Naturally, the situation is dynamic, and we will continue to follow the government guidelines as they are announced, in which case we shall make further statements.
