Vacuum Engineering are launching a new product for testing radiators, heater cores and charge air coolers for the automotive industry. This was showcased at the recent Dusseldorf Brazing Conference with a positive interest.

It's a helium tracer gas system with the advantages of being sensitive enough to test these products easily and not affected by temperature variations. It enables leak testing to be completed directly after the brazing furnace avoiding the issue that quality problems are only identified after the batch is brazed.

Unlike hard vacuum solutions it does not require a vacuum chamber or large vacuum pumps making it much more cost effective both to purchase and maintain.
